What's NOT included?
Additional costs that will be made for (but not limited to):
- Your plane or train ticket
- Accommodation and tourist fees

- Travel insurance (make sure to arrange insurance yourself)
- Additional sightseeing
- Visa, examples including translation of documents needed for requesting a visa
- Personal expenses: pocket money, testing fees, phone calls, traveling from location to location (except for arranged bus travel on day 1 and 3), purchasing supplies and books, traveling to nearby tourist attractions, tourist attractions, personal hygiene products, etc.

Fifth ticket as a gift

Already registered for CurioCities? You might want to surprise a fellow student at your university with a promo code for a free ticket! Here are some rules to the game:

When you and three other students (registered at the same university) have registered for CurioCities, we will send an email to the four of you, with a request to share the name and email address of a fifth student registered at the same university, who has not yet registered for CurioCities.
- First come, first serve: The first reply to our request that contains a new name and email address will be processed by us!
This fifth student will receive an invitation email from CurioCities, with a promo code to insert during the registration process.
This fifth student fills out their own registration form, proceeds to payment, inserts the promo code, et voilà: this fifth ticket will not be €600, but €0!
If the registration is approved, the fifth student will receive a confirmation of their registration.

There are many hotels in the area as well as Booking.com and Airbnb rentals, that provide reasonable rates for shared accommodations for groups. Costs vary depending on your needs and wishes.

This year, we cut the ribbon and introduce CurioCities to the world for the first time. Therefore, you may benefit from a festive promotion! Instead of paying €1042 per ticket, you get a one-time deal. Simply register for this year's edition, and the programme fee will be €600. This means you receive over a 40% discount. The more, the merrier, so you might want to register with a whole group of students at your university. Therefore, the fifth ticket could be a gift!
