In this course you will learn the basics skills of working with wood and you will design you own woodwork/furniture. The teacher, Jan Willem Leugs, will give you tips and tricks and instruction how to use tools and machinery, he will inform you about all types of wood, plywood and their properties and he will help you with designing (just sketches) and making your wooden object/furniture. After this basic course you also have the opportunity to participate in the advanced course in the second quartile.
