More information

When creating your poster, please take this into account:

  1. Register for the event through this link and indicate that you want to present a poster at the poster market.
  2. Your research should have a clear relationship with sustainability and/or climate.
  3. Poster size: A1 or A0 size, portrait.
  4. Deadline for printing service is Wednesday 29 October 2025. Printing is free. You can send your poster to Petra Weber (p.d.weber@utwente.nl) before this deadline. Posters received after this deadline can not be printed by us; of course, you can still arrange for printing yourself (at your own cost).
  5. Your poster will hang on boards in the TechMed Building (Atrium and 2nd floor). The organisation will attract people to the location of your poster. Hang your poster at the start of the event (9:00-10:00) and take it down at the end of the event (18:00).
  6. Stay with your poster during the lunch break (12:30-14:00) to connect with people and answer questions. We'll serve your lunch at your poster.
  7. We offer a digital certificate to researchers presenting their posters to show your attendance or get credit.
  8. The posters will be judged by the events visitors. They will select the best 10 posters. From this selection a judge will decide which poster is the best, and who will win a 100 euro prize. Posters will be judged on 1. design 2. structure 3. quality of the content 4. The explanation of the next steps for the research, a timeline or call to action.

You can use one of the two the Climate Centre poster templates below to create your poster. Of course, you can use your own template as well.
