The conference fee includes all parts of the main conference programme from 15 to 17 April 2026, including warm lunch and coffee breaks, but excluding the conference dinner on 16 April.

Early bird registration ends 5 March 2026* Standard registration after 5 March 2026	€ 265 (including obligatory € 50 individual WTMC membership fee 2026) € 295 (including obligatory € 50 individual WTMC membership fee 2026) * Presenters need to register before 5 March 2026 ** If you already paid for an individual WTMC membership for 2026, contact wtmc@vu.nl for reimbursement
MA/MSc, BA/BSc students***	Free (this does not apply to PhD candidates) *** To qualify for the student rate, a photo of your valid student ID card should be sent to the event organisers: sts-nl2026@utwente.nl
