A grant proposal to study the response of the immune system to conformational properties of ingested proteins (peanut, dairy and chicken egg white proteins) has been approved yesterday by the Nutricia Research Foundation. Kerensa is the Principal Investigator and Prof. Harry Wichers from Wageningen University will collaborate with her to investigate the clinical side of this project. In Twente they will mainly be performing the biophysical job.
