Complaints, suggestions or improvement?

Please check if the complaint/suggestion is already mentioned at the FAQ.

If not, please fill in the form. With this form you can give complaints and suggestions about the sports offer, instructions, accommodations or other affairs. This web form will be used to make a list for improvement concerning the Sports Centre.

Procedure

After the receipt of the form you will receive a confirmation within 3 days. And if necessary, you will also receive the name of the person who is responsible for the handling of the complaint/suggestion and the period within a response can be expected.

After the confirmation you will receive a written or telephonic response within 4 weeks. The period of 4 weeks is linked to the schedule of the meetings (once every two weeks) and monthly sector consultations with the Sports Council.
