The EU’s response to the euro zone crisis and the banking crisis are now threatening all of Europe with a 20-year depression. Shawn Donnelly will contrast what has been done (small emergency bailouts) to what has not (banking union and the economic ‘bazooka’), and why certain European governments, including the Netherlands, are standing in the way of recovery.
Dr. Shawn Donnelly observes the euro crisis closely. He is researcher in the field of European Economic Governance at the UT.
