Due to problems after the upgrade on Thursday November 25th 2010, Blackboard is not available. Immediately after the problems were detected, ICTS has performed a so called roll back, i.e. we have restored the situation from before the upgrade. However, the problems persisted after this roll back. One of the issues is that uploaded files can not be accessed.
The calamity team will continue working on solving the problems during the weekend, in cooperation with Blackboard experts.
We are aware of the impact caused by Blackboard being unavailable. Our apologies for this inconvenience. At this moment we can not indicate when Blackboard will be available again, but we are doing everything possible to realize this as soon as possible.
