The maintenance has been carried out succesfully on February 5th. We expect that the problems with logging in will not occur anymore. However, if you do encounter similar problems again from now on, please report these to the ICTS servicedesk.
Earlier we have informed you that we are working to find a structural solution for the logging-in problems in Blackboard. The state of affairs is now that a solution is available. To apply this, maintenance will take place in the week of 4 -8 February . After the maintenance, the problems with logging in should not occur anymore.
Recently it has occurred a number of times that it was not possible to log in in Blackboard. We are doing our utmost to resolve the failures as quickly as possible (also outside office hours and weekends), but we realize that they are annoying for users of Blackboard. The cause of the problems is known and lies outside the application Blackboard, namely in the technology that is used for logging in into Blackboard. Ofcourse we are working to find a structural solution and hope that we are able to implement it as soon as possible. The problems wih logging in do not affect the performance or content of the application Blackboard itself.
