When was the last time you saw a movie or show on Netflix? Probably not so long ago, right?
The popularity of Netflix is growing and growing. In 2019, Netflix had over 158 million paying streaming subscribers worldwide. We spend a lot of time (binge) watching movies and shows. But have you ever wondered how good or bad this is for our health? In this project, you will try to find an answer to this question.
Data for this project will be collected as a group effort. Individual research questions can focus on how our Netflix use (e.g. amount of time watching movies and series per day) is related to e.g. our physical and mental health, life satisfaction, quality of life and stress levels.
