ONDERZOEK

In mijn onderzoek probeer ik te achterhalen hoe werkrelaties bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, motivatie en het welbevinden van medewerkers. Daarbij probeer ik zo goed mogelijk in kaart te brengen hoe de huidige, veranderende organisatiecontext (bijv. invloed van technologie, genetwerkte organisatie) daar een rol in speelt. Mijn proefschrift richtte zich op informele mentoring relaties in organisaties en kreeg het predicaat Cum Laude.
