Within Kramp we are looking for a university graduate student who specializes in Strategic HRM. You want to graduate on a strategic HRM subject which has a major impact on the performance within the organization: short-term and long-term absence due to illness. Your research leads to an overall illness policy which can be used internationally within Europe and will lead to significantly lower rates of sick leave. Therefore, we offer:

What is your role?
During your internship at Kramp you will gather information about illness and make multiple analysis with this information. You will probably visit a few of our offices in Europe to discuss this topic with the local HR Business Partner. Next to that we would like you to investigate what is effecting the illness rate (for example management style) and what improvements we can/should make to effect the illness rate. The strengths you want to develop further is to think at a strategic level, have strong analytical skills and are able to easily connect and communicate with people of different levels in the organization.
Who are you?
· Education level at Master’s Degree (for example in HR)
· You’re proactive and enthusiastic about the topic
· You like to take responsibility and aren’t afraid to ask critical questions
· Your speak and write English at an advanced level
· Willing to travel to our European offices
You can start from the beginning of September 2018 and are available for 4 days a week. Your location will be Varsseveld (Gelderland).
