ANP Retreat 2012: Nijverdal

On Thursday and Friday June 21 & 22, 2012, Applied Nanophotonics had its yearly retreat at the Wilgenweard in Nijverdal. About 75 participants from NBP, COPS, IOMS, LPN and OS followed a program emphasizing scientific discussion and interaction of various topics along the research interests of the groups. In addition to tutorials given by senior group members, this year we had invited 4 excellent external speakers with a link to Twente: Karla de Bruin from NFI, Jos Benschop from ASML, Bill Barnes from Exeter (UK) and Ad Lagendijk from AMOLF, who all gave inspiring talks.
