A template for the abstract has been sent to the cleanroom users. The abstract should focus on your activities in the cleanroom, such as fabrication-aspects, process development, techniques/procedures that you use or have developed to fabricate a specific feature/device/structure, cleanroom equipment/tools you utilize etc. Please do not include too much information that is obtained outside the cleanroom (e.g. on functionality of realized devices, modelling results etc.).

Deadline for abstract-submission is Thursday March 15th. Please send your abstract to The abstract book will be provided to all of you during the cleanroom user meeting, and might be the source for new ideas or cooperation!
