The Department of Press Relations acts as intermediary between the (inter)national and regional media and the UT community. The basic activities of this department concern developments within the UT, the education and research. Furthermore, the department responds to current topics and trends in society.

The key tasks of this department are: developing press and publicity policy; offering advice and support to media and press relations; writing/editing and selectively distributing press releases and articles; establishing and maintaining press relations; identifying trends and topics; training and offering guidance to spokespersons (researchers and experts).
