MISSION
At M3I, we advance imaging science and technology across the full spectrum - from fundamental research through technology development to clinical translation. We bring together bold ideas, diverse expertise, a culture of excellence with empathy, and a strong focus on talent development to create solutions that transform healthcare.
We integrate diverse expertise -engineering, applied physics, medicine and technical medicine - to create, test, and apply solutions in x-ray, optical, ultrasound, photoacoustic, and magnetic resonance imaging. We work across a range of clinical domains, including oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and gynecology, to improve diagnosis, therapy guidance, and therapy evaluation. Collaboration and a patient-centred approach are at the core of our group.
Education and talent development are central to our mission. We contribute to the educational programs of Technical Medicine and Biomedical Engineering with in-depth teaching of imaging principles and practice, the supervision of student theses, internships, clinical internships, and curriculum and strategy development . By fostering intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning, we empower students and professionals to shape the future of healthcare.
