Forgot your password?

It can happen and is annoying, especially if the Service Desk ICT is closed or if you are abroad. Since the beginning of this year there is a self-service application available for all students and employees of the UT to reset their (forgotten) password. This application will send a message with a code to your private e-mail address (after all, your UT mailbox is not accessible).
Of course the private e-mail address should be known to the UT. Employees can set this e-mail address (which of course you do before you forget your password) through The service Library, ICT Services & Archive (LISA) will use this private e-mail address only for your ICT account.

For students the private e-mail address which is registered in Studielink will be used.
