We would like to help you with all your questions concerning ICT, information and documents in the broadest sense of the word. These subjects are important for research, education and management of the UT.

Do you want help with your day-to-day tasks at the UT and are the self-service portal or manuals not sufficient? We would like to help you in person. For ICT related questions you can contact our Service Desk ICT or our Notebook Service Centre. The Service Desk UL will answer your general information questions and questions concerning document management and record management.

Would you like custom advice? Please contact the LISA support team of your own faculty or service department. This team consists of ICT specialists, information specialists and record managers that can join forces to improve our support to you.

Do you have any suggestions on how to improve our support or do you want to file a complaint despite our efforts? We would like to hear from you.
