Contact the departmental Service Desk ICT telephony contact person. Provide the following information:
- Name, personnel number, old telephone number, possibly the new telephone number and what should be done with the old number.
- OFI number
- Reason for the change request
The telephone number of the staff member will not be changed, the number belongs to the staff member directly and not with a department. Exceptions are possible in special cases. For instance:
- the telephone number is used for 'public' communication by the department, is used as an information number, etc.
Changing the number is pointless for other users in the Lync environment, as calls are made by name as listed in the directory and not by telephone number
