For Employees

Within LISA, customized services means all service that falls outside the scope of standard service (within the context of education and research). You can also use this service when you require help with an ICT-related problem that falls within the context of education and research. If you would like to find out whether your project is eligible for help from the LISA, please contact Tonnie Tibben (A.B.Tibben@ewi.utwente.nl).

COSTS

The cost depends on the type and the scope of the project. You can find more information about the costs on the rates page.

CONDITIONS

To request bespoke projects, you have to have:

staff registration at the UT;

a request that falls within the context of research and education.

DELIVERY

The delivery time depends on the project.
