Manual for webapplication leaf (for employees)
Once you have logged in to the application, the 'Application for leave' window will pop up.
Fill in the 'Date from' , 'Date up to and incl.' and 'Type of leave' fields.
By using the [Calculate leave hours] button, you can automatically calculate your number of leave hours or enter the number of leave hours you would like to take up.
It is always possible to adjust the number of leave hours in case you would like to take up fewer hours than the hours displayed.
Use the [Check] button to check the application for leave. At this stage, you can still make changes. This window displays any warnings/error messages that may occur.
Use the [Save] button to confirm your application for leave. It is now submitted for approval.
Click the 'Leave taken up' link to view all leave hours taken up and approved.
Clicking the 'Employment pattern employees' link redirects you to the corresponding web application. Here, you can view and change your employment pattern. The changes will be incorporated in the leave data immediately. The 'Employment pattern employees' is important when calculating the number of leave hours you have accrued.
Clicking the 'UT leave regulations' link redirects you to the HR webpage.
