In 2015, the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research NWO) and the Dutch Network of Women Professors (LNVH) are once again organising Pump your Career, the triennial event at which talent and career development for women in science take centre stage. NWO and LNVH consider diversity in science and the use of all talent present in science to be vitally important, making the progression of women to the top of science a priority. With Pump your Career, NWO and LNVH want to make a contribution to this.
