Description

Disposal of waste

Explanation

The University has a separate collection, recycling and environmentally sound final disposal of waste. For discharging the waste, the Facility Service Centre has signed a contract with Van Gansewinkel.

Days of discharge

There are regular collection days for the various waste streams. In the overview of ‘collection days’ you can see what these standard days are. Additional containers can be ordered at the servicedesk of your building. The manual with instructions for the disposal of industrial and hazardous waste is available for review at the contact persons. This manual describes what types of waste can and cannot be thrown away. Furthermore it describes how you need to package and deliver hazardous waste.
