Cleaning in your office


The cleanness of your office has to meet the requirements. The moment of cleaning depends on the pollution of your office.

To make sure that your office is as clean as possible we would like to ask you to keep your desk and floor tidy. This way Asito can clean all surfaces.

The parts the standard cleaning consists of are;

Inside windows

Façade windows

The façade windows (including frames) are cleaned twice a year. You will be informed when the cleaning takes place.

Extra cleaning

All the work that is not in the standard cleanness requirements is stated below under ‘Costs’. This extra cleaning can be ordered through the Servicedesk.


All questions (and remarks) concerning cleaning can be answered by the Servicedesk in your building. If your building does not have a Servicedesk you can contact the central Servicedesk at 053 – 489 2400.

Delivery times

Due to the result based contract the cleaning service takes place the whole day. If you want to request extra cleaning you can contact the Servicedesk, the planning of extra cleaning will be discussed with you.


The costs of extra cleaning are calculated based on fixed rates.
