Smaller repairs to furniture can be done by the caretakers of your building.

Small repairs are mostly;

§

repairing cabinets that do not close properly,

§

repairing the wheels of chairs that do not roll properly,

§

repairing cabinet doors,

§

etcetera.

Ordering

If you need anything repaired you can request this service at the Servicedesk in your building. Here they will decide whether the job is suitable for a caretaker. If it is not suitable for a caretaker a contractor will be sent.

Delivery times

The caretakers will discuss with you when they do the repairs.

Costs

There are no costs for the support of the caretaker.

Responsibility

The caretakers are responsible for small repairs
