Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Facility Service Centre held a customer satisfaction survey in May. A complete report of the results is expected in July.

From the results so far can be concluded that the average satisfaction can be translated in to the grade 6.9. The results from the survey show next to positive results a few areas of improvement, such as the quality of coffee and cleaning services in offices. These and other areas of improvement will be subject of discussion for the coming time and will result in an improvement plan.

Within two years there will be a repeat survey in order to follow trends and experiences.
