JULY - What to do when you paid for coffee but nothing comes out of the machine

What to do when you have paid for you coffee or tea but the coffee machine does not give you your drink?

If you have selected your drink on the coffee machine and the money has been deducted from your bank account without giving you your drink please contact Douwe Egberts as soon as possible to get your money refunded. There are two ways you can do this:

1.       Call the Douwe Egberts Customer Service department at 0800-0221121. The opening hours are weekdays from 09:00-17:00.

Or

2.       Visit the website www.decoffeekitchen.nl. At the bottom of the website you will find the CONTACT button. Click on this button and you will be taken to an online form. Fill this online form in and submit it to Douwe Egberts. Douwe Egberts will respond as quickly as possible to your request.
