CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
What do you need in order to work or study comfortably?
The Facility Service Centre (FSC) and Library, ICT Services & Archive (LISA) are together conducting a survey into the service provision experience of both services. The survey is about your experiences, what you find important in terms of support and how you think we can improve our service provision.
On November 22th you’ll be invited by mail or student news to fill in an questionnaire. You can also fill in the survey via smartphone or tablet. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes and you may participate anytime up to 7 December 2016. In order to form the best possible picture of our service provision, it is important for as many employees and students as possible to take part in the survey.
The survey is being carried out by Integron, which is required to guarantee your anonymity. The University of Twente has no access whatsoever to individual responses and your results are not personally identifiable.
