SAND Project Kick-off Meeting

On 1st Dec 2014, the SAND project kick-off meeting has been organized by DACS and hosted at the University of Twente. Besides DACS members, there were representatives from the other two partners in the project, namely, SIDN and NLnet Labs. The SAND (Self-managing Anycast Networks for DNS) project has officially started on 1st Nov 2014 and focuses on among others the development of an automated DNS system capable to handle changes on Internet connectivity, DNS traffic load and other factors influencing the DNS performance and security.
