With so many researchers active across diverse domains, finding the right colleague for a specific topic can be challenging. The Expert Finders make this process much easier.
We need your input: update your labels in Pure
The Expert Finders use data directly from Pure. Therefore, we ask all involved employees to select or update their keywords/labels in Pure.
How to do this (link to instructions)
This is real, immediate input: you will not be asked to repeat this later. Of course, you can always edit your labels afterwards.
On your own people page, you can then add additional nuance, projects, and further explanation.
Tips for selecting your labels
- Choose carefully: the more labels you add, the broader your profile becomes — but also the harder you are to find.
- Less is more: selecting fewer, more specific labels increases your visibility within your core expertise area.
- You are also welcome to add yourself to other relevant Expert Finders, such as Robotics, AI, Transport, or Climate.
When will the tool go live?
You can already find the ChipTech Expert Finder here.
