International Coöperation with UNS Indonesia

A delegation from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Surakarta (Central Java, Indonesia) visited UT on Tuesday, February 24. UNS is a public university established in 1976. It has 10 Faculties with about 30,000 bachelor, 4,500 master, and 250 PhD students. The Economics and Business Faculty offers several educational programs including that of management and accounting.

The delegation included Prof. D. Darsono (Director of Research and Community Services), Prof. T. Haryono (Director of PhD Program in Economics and Business), Prof. H. Hartono (Vice Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Public Health) and Dr. I. Trinugroho (Director of International Collaboration and Accreditation) and three academic staff. They held discussions with us on various avenues for educational and research collaboration. An MOU is expected to be signed in the near future.
