The University Committee Management (UCB)
The University Committee Management (UCB) of the University of Twente is the advisory committee of the Executive Board regarding operational management of the UT. The UCB advises the Executive Board with respect to policies of housing, personnel, finance, information, security, ICT architecture and standards.
The members of the UCB are the vice-president of the Executive Board (chair), the secretary of the University, the managing directors of the faculties and the department directors. As a general rule the UCB will meet every three weeks, Tuesdays 15.00-17.00hrs.

THE UNIVERSITY COMMITTEE innovation (UCI)
The University Committee Innovation (UCI) of the University of Twente is tasked with promoting and strengthening the alignment, coordination, and knowledge transfer of valorisation efforts. The members include the Chief Development Officer (Chair), the President of the Executive Board of the University of Twente, the director of Novel-T, the Manager MKTT Novel-T, business directors of research institutes, and central liaison officers.
The agenda and minutes of the meetings are not public.

The University Committee for education (UC-OW)
The University Committee for Education (UC-E), is an advisory committee of the Executive Board on matters related to education.
During meetings, the UC-E discusses topics suggested by UC-E members, supporting platforms or policy advisors. Regular meetings are devoted to topics that require the advice of the UC-E as part of the decision-making process, before a final decision can be made by the Executive Board. The UC-E includes the coordination and preparation of university education policy and implementation.
The UC-E is primarily an advisory body but also tasked with achieving standardization and unification of educational support processes where possible and desirable in order to achieve streamlined and efficient support in education. The UC-E can therefore jointly reach agreement on standardization and unification.
The executive board establishes the composition and operating procedures of the UC-E.
The composition of the UC-E is as follows:
- The rector acting as chair.
- The vice deans education of the faculties of the University of Twente.
- Representatives from the relevant departments.
- Two student members, who are nominated by the University Council.

The University Committee for research (UC-OZ)
The UC-Oz, the University Research Committee, is an advisory committee of the Executive Board. The Executive Board determines the composition and the working method of the UC-Oz.
The UC-Oz, among other things, coordinates and prepares university research policy. The UC-Oz is primarily an advisory board, but on a tactical/operational level it is also a decision-making body for the efficient and modern organization of research.
The agenda and the minutes of these meetings are public, when they are not confidential. This has been agreed upon by the chair and the members of this committee.
The composition of the UC-Oz is as follows:
1. the Rector acting as Chair,
2. the vice-deans of Research of the faculties of the University of Twente,
3. the scientific directors of the Research Institutes of the University of Twente.
