On behalf of the XUV Optics group of the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology of the University of Twente, we are pleased to announce that we will organize a workshop on XUV, X-Ray and Neutron multilayers. This workshop will take place at the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands on 10 and 11 November 2016.
The occasion is the move of our group from the FOM Institute Rijnhuizen to the University of Twente and the need to have a get-together of multilayer scientists, like the former PXRMS conferences that were successfully organized for many years but ended in 2010.
We gladly invite PhD students, young researchers and senior scientists, both from academia and industry to participate, so please mark it in your calendar.
The scope of the workshop is to have a program with a strong focus on the physics of multilayer growth and applications. This includes the photon induced phenomena when the multilayers are exposed to radiation.
