For several weeks now, Prof. Gerwin Gelinck has joined our Faculty of Science & Technology as an unpaid professor of Integrated Photonics. His appointment falls within the Applied NanoPhotonics (ANP) department, embedded in the Adaptive Quantum Optics (AQO) group led by Prof. Pepijn Pinkse.
This appointment strengthens our strategic collaboration with the TNO Holst Centre, particularly within the Joint Innovation Centre Integrated Photonics. The faculty will benefit from Prof. Gelinck's broad expertise and network in the field of advanced photonics and integrated technologies.
We warmly welcome Gerwin and wish him every success and enjoyment in his new role.
