Traditional chip fabrication techniques alow the construction of complicated devices in 2D. In the third dimension there is much less freedom, except if techniques related to 3D printing are used. These techniques can however only write one structure at a time. In this paper we show a new microfabrication technique which allows 3D patterning of numerous similar structures spread over large surfaces at the same time. In that way certain 3D micro-and nanostructures can be easily mass produced.
