This practical is recommended for all students, who are planning to do a masters assignment in the Catalytic Processes and Materials. A number of essential basic techniques for catalysis research will be exercised. These include techniques for the preparation, characterization and testing of catalysts. Studying the influence of the preparation method on activity, selectivity and stability will be the central theme of the course.
