CarbSorbTec: Twente Clay Innovation Extracts CO2 from Biogas

Frieder Mugele, Igor Siretanu, Niels Mendel (PCF), and Wim Brilman (SPT) new spin-off company CarbSorbTec was officially incorporated on September 4th. CarbSorbTec exploits functionalized clays to separate gas mixtures, in particular to upgrade biogas to biomethane by extracting CO2. With this start-up, they will contribute to a greener future.
