Prof. Boelo Schuur [SPT] has been reappointed Scientific Vice-President of EFCE, the European Federation of Chemical Engineering. where they help society to meet its needs through highlighting the role of Chemical Engineering in delivering sustainable processes and products.
EFCE-related activities of Boelo include membership of the board of the Netherlands Process Technologists NPT from 2012-2018, and he was NPT- epresentative at the EFCE from 2013- 2022. Furthermore, Boelo has been member of the EFCE Working Party on Fluid Separations since 2017, serving as its secretary from 2018 to 2024
