On Tuesday 19 June 2018, the matchmaking event of the Personalized eHealth Technology took place in the Design Lab. This matchmaking event was representing the kick-off to the external community of this research programme. After the registration and reception with coffee and tea, Prof. dr. Thom Palstra (Rector Magnificus, University of Twente) welcomed the audience. Prof.dr.ir. Hermie Hermens (Director PeHT programme) introduced the Personalized eHealth Technology (PeTH) program and Dr. Jelle van Dijk (Programme team PeHT) showed how can be collaborated on research within the PeHT program, from student assignments to European research. Six 3-minutes pitches from research (the UT projects “Track, trace, trigger” and “Sense-IT), healthcare (ZGT and ‘s Heeren Loo), and industry (Nedap and Telerevalidatie.nl) and the Meet & Match Market with showcases of Personalized eHealth Technologies showed examples of topics that fit in the PeTH program.
