On November 20, 2025, MedTech Day – NeuroConnect will take place at the Kempenhaeghe Expertise Centre for Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders in Heeze. A key part of the program is the poster competition hosted by 4TU.Health. This competition offers young researchers the opportunity to present their work to an audience of academic experts, clinicians, and industry representatives.
The competition is open to PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and master’s students from Eindhoven University of Technology, Delft University of Technology, Wageningen University & Research, and the University of Twente. Participants are invited to submit an abstract and showcase their research in the fields of neuroscience or neurotechnology. A maximum of 16 submissions will be selected and featured in the poster gallery, which will be accessible throughout the day. The winner will be announced at the closing of the symposium.
The competition provides participants with the chance to increase the visibility of their research, connect with peers and professionals, and gain recognition within the field. Entries will be evaluated by a jury of 4TU.Health members, who will assess the scientific quality, originality, relevance, and impact of the work. The winner will be awarded a unique prize: a custom-made scientific illustration of their research, created by a renowned illustrator.
With this poster competition, 4TU.Health aims to encourage young researchers to share their work, foster new connections, and contribute to advancing knowledge and collaboration in neuroscience and neurotechnology.
Abstract submissions are open until September 15, 2025.
