PIHC Pre-matchmaking Event

The Event

Finally, we can meet again, without a screen in between. On Tuesday the 5th of July, the Pioneers in Healthcare Innovation Fund organizes the PIHC Pre-Matchmaking event. This evening, we will share the first experiences and results of the PIHC call 2020 and 2021 winners, organize a speed date session, and of course we will enjoy plenty of ‘eating-and-meeting’. Mingle with the Pioneers you have not seen in a while, meet new people and broaden your network, discuss your ideas and the challenges you and your patients face in the hospitals, explain how amazing your new technology is, in short, start preparing for your PIHC22 proposal before the summer.

“Technical solutions to overcome limitations in the current health care, or new medical applications of existing technology, that’s what’s Pioneers in Healthcare is all about.”

Organisation

Pioneers in HealthCare

Technical solutions to overcome limitations in the current health care, or new medical applications of existing technology, that’s what’s Pioneers in Healthcare is all about. These solutions are definitely not the easiest, but challenge both parties to speak each other’s language.

With the innovation fund, the University of TwenteSaxionMSTZGT and Deventer Hospital are promoting bottom-up collaboration between the world of new technologies and medical practice with a view to facilitating the introduction of innovative technology in the clinic. Together we provide an annual budget of € 600,000 for the PIHC Innovation Fund and are committed to the long-term continuation of the program. Since 2020, Reggeborgh Medical contributes 1 voucher to the PIHC fund to support innovation in the Twente and Salland region, especially innovation in health care. Read more on the PIHC website.
