University of Twente | TechMed Centre - PROGRAMME MANAGER Sustainable Healtcare Technology
Wander is a driven professional with a big heart for healthcare, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. He is currently TechMed’s Programme Manager for the strategic impulse programme ‘Sustainable Healthcare Technology Implementation’ in which he manages the university’s programs focused on the implementation of sustainable technology in healthcare. It aims to strengthen the University of Twente's position as HealthTech Innovation Hub in the region, the Netherlands and in Europe even further. He studied Health Technology Assessment and Innovation, and consequently has been involved in starting from the need of connecting technologies to healthcare practice. Starting from the need, what can technology solve in healthcare and what is needed in R&D to enable sustainable implementation of new technology in healthcare.
