Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Researcher of brainy food stuff and 10+ years of experience as a communications professional. Residing in Zeist, the Netherlands. Loves the outdoors and extreme baking. Always up for fun and interesting projects, such as the Food & Cognition project. I'm a researcher in the area of MRI, fMRI of food and gastric emptying.
