Feel like a lunch walk? Do the Sustainability Walk!

Now that spring has arrived, you might feel like a nice lunch walk. Looking for a good route? Then do the Sustainability Walk! The Sustainability Walk is a walking route of about 4 kilometres across UT's green campus. At 13 places along the route, you will find an information board about a special and sustainable initiative at that location. The boards feature a QR code that you can scan for even more information. Want to know how the Cool Circle, located near the Horst, really works? And what measures have been taken during the renovation of Langezijds? The Sustainability Walk will answer these questions and more.

Resilience Reflection #27: Sustainable solutions for vulnerable communities

New supplier waste: Renewi

Over the past year, various CFM employees and colleagues from faculties and service departments have been working on the new tender for waste at UT. The contract has been awarded to Renewi, and they will take over from our current supplier, Prezero. It concerns a contract duration of six years, starting from 1 March 2024, with the option to extend it twice, each for two years. Prior to the tender, interviews were conducted with the designated contacts to take into account their wishes and needs as much as possible.
