In 2021 we offer a fully online summer school! Check out our summer courses and get inspired by the unique opportunity to expand your knowledge online from the comfort of your home. You wouldn’t want to miss it on 2-15 August, 2021.
Instead of offering our summer school in a blended format, both online and on campus, our programme will be hosted completely online from 2 - 15 August, 2021. We are shifting our programme in such a way to still make it valuable and exciting for you. Classes, workshops, project group work, social activities and so on will all be hosted online on our own online (educational) platform.
Additionally, we try to offer you the most flexible cancellation policy, more information regarding this can be found here.

INSTRUCTION LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
Due to the international character of CuriousU the courses and keynotes are all in English. Therefore, CuriousU is a great opportunity to practice your English language skills!
We expect you to have a good command of the English language but these language requirements are your own responsibility and will enable you to follow the courses' lectures. Don't worry about communicating with the Dutch, by the way: 90% of the Dutch population understands and speaks English!
Our schedule gives you a good impression of how CuriousU is organized. Get your day off to an inspiring start by listening to one of our uplifting keynote speakers. Once you’re all fired up, you’ll join in the first session of your course for the day. That might be a workshop, a lecture or a project depending on the programme you choose. You’ll then join fellow students for a themed lunch in an informal, interactive setting. After lunch you’ll dive back into your course. The evenings are devoted to having plenty of fun, socializing and expanding your horizon.
NOTE: The CuriousU schedule is based on the CEST timezone. Please note that course activities, lectures and project work will be spread out through the 2 weeks. The contact hours per day are estimated to not exceed 3-4 max. a day, so you can combine your CuriousU course with a restful day!
Please keep in mind this aftermovie was filmed pre Covid-19 and therefore is not a accurate reflection of the programme for 2021.
