Tai Chi offers a gentle yet powerful way to restore that balance. Through mindful movement, focused breathing, and centuries-old Chinese wisdom, Tai Chi helps you calm the mind, relax the body, and renew your energy. When energy flows freely, every cell in the body receives the nourishment it needs, leading to a healthier, more vibrant life.


  • Build Your Foundation

    Are you new to Tai Chi? This class is the perfect starting point.

    In the beginner sessions, you will be gently introduced to the foundational principles of Tai Chi and Qigong. These include:

    • Basic Tai Chi principles
    • Breathing techniques for relaxation and energy flow
    • Massage techniques to stimulate internal systems
    • Ancient Chinese body exercises for strength and flexibility
    • Nutritional advice based on traditional Chinese medicine

    You’ll learn how to listen to your body, move with awareness, and find a sense of calm in your everyday life. No experience or special fitness level is required—just an open mind and a willingness to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

  • Advanced Class – Deepen Your Practice

    For those who already have experience with Tai Chi and wish to go deeper, the advanced class offers focused practice on the traditional slow movement sequence.

    Here, you’ll refine:

    • Posture and spinal alignment
    • Abdominal breathing techniques
    • Natural movement flow and inner awareness

    In these sessions, the emphasis shifts away from theory and supporting practices. Instead, the focus is on the pure, meditative quality of movement—enhancing your internal balance, mental clarity, and physical strength through precise repetition and subtle refinement.

    This class is ideal for those who already understand the basics and want to deepen their mastery of the art.
