First 30 minutes: Dance Training
Together we’ll learn a choreography that we build and repeat over 8 weeks. No stress—the steps are fun, challenging, and easy for everyone to follow. You’ll notice yourself moving more smoothly, getting stronger, and feeling more confident every week!

Last 30 minutes: Sweat Session
Here we go all-in!

We train using our own body weight, light dumbbells, and easy-to-follow moves set to motivating music. Perfect for raising your heart rate and making those muscles burn.

The complete package
This class combines cardio, strength, and cognitive challenge. So you’re not just training your body, but your brain too—double the effect, double the fun!
