Terms and refunds

You can pay by credit card or debit card using our secure checkout pages. The amount will be charged at the moment you place your booking and receive a confirmation.

In special cases, you might be entitled to restitution of your subscriptions. This is possible in the following circumstances:

  • If you have active subscriptions, but started working at UT, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
  • If you are unable to participate in sports and culture due to an injury, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
  • You are always entitled to a full refund within two weeks of purchasing a subscription.

What do you need to do to request a refund?

For a refund of your UnionCard or CampusCard, please contact the StudentUnion by sending an email to unioncard@utwente.nl explaining why you would like to receive a restitution of your subscription.

For a refund of your fitness- and/or grouplessonscard or a course, please contact the Sports Centre secretary by sending an email to backoffice-sports@utwente.nl explaining why you would like to receive a restitution of your subscription.

Do you have a request for both the Union- CampusCard and your sport subscription (fitnesscard or course), please send your request to both e-mail addresses.
