You can pay by credit card or debit card using our secure checkout pages. The amount will be charged at the moment you place your booking and receive a confirmation.
In special cases, you might be entitled to restitution of your subscriptions. This is possible in the following circumstances:
- If you have active subscriptions, but started working at UT, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
- If you are unable to participate in sports and culture due to an injury, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
- You are always entitled to a full refund within two weeks of purchasing a subscription.
What do you need to do to request a refund?
For a refund of your UnionCard or CampusCard, please contact the StudentUnion by sending an email to unioncard@utwente.nl explaining why you would like to receive a restitution of your subscription.
For a refund of your fitness- and/or grouplessonscard or a course, please contact the Sports Centre secretary by sending an email to backoffice-sports@utwente.nl explaining why you would like to receive a restitution of your subscription.
Do you have a request for both the Union- CampusCard and your sport subscription (fitnesscard or course), please send your request to both e-mail addresses.
