CFM & Friends is joining the Batavierenrace – will you join us?

Good news! This year, CFM will take part in the legendary Batavierenrace with its own team: CFM & Friends. And the first enthusiastic colleagues have already signed up.

The Batavierenrace is a well-known relay running event in which we cover a total of 175 km together, from Radboud University Nijmegen to the University of Twente (our campus). The relay race is divided into three teams:

• a night team,
• a morning team, and
• an afternoon team.

Each team runs part of the route and passes the baton to the next team. The race is festively concluded by the final runner, who finishes on Saturday around 5:00 PM at our own UTrack. Of course, we won’t do this alone. We are looking for a total of 25 colleagues who would like to take on this sporting challenge together with us.

What does it involve?

• You will run a distance of 5 to 10 km
• You will be part of a fun, driven, and motivating team
• Training and experiencing it together, and being proud together
• A unique experience full of team spirit, energy, and camaraderie

Whether you are an experienced runner or simply looking for a sporty adventure, you are more than welcome. It’s all about doing it together, cheering each other on, and powering through those 175 km as a team.
