Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines.

It has many benefits for all-round fitness:

  • Better flexibility & posture
  • Better intuition

The class consists of breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (Asanas) and meditation (Dhyana).

€30,- for UnionCard holders (students)
